For a position as a real estate loan agent, a deposit broker, or a sales lead marketing agent, we offer a highly competitive COMMISSION based rate of pay as follows: A deposit broker for the Clyde Van Barrel investment firm is likely to recieve 3% to 10% of the initial deposit and interest of a clients investment portfolio based on the initial investment. We do not pay you out of the investors deposit, however we do match the amount of the percentage of the deposit and interest , meaning that you recieve a residual income from your investors that you handle as a broker. A loan agent is likely to recieve .5% to 3% of the initial amount of a loan obtained through your efforts to get our client a loan, as well as handle the details and paper work. This means that from a  residential mortgage loan of $100,000, the broker can earn anywhere from $1,000 to $3,000 from each client.The percentage is not deducted from the initial loan, however Clyde Van Barrel will match the amount of the percentage of the total loan that is paid to you as a brokerage fee. The monies payed from these transactions are made payable directly through an escrow account. A sales lead marketing agent recieves a bonus of 10% of any sale that they help generate, whether a real estate sale, automobile sale, or any lead generated from a referral to our website.

The breakdown for a deposit broker are as follows:

$50,000.00 and under = 2.5%

$500,000.00 and under =2%

$5,000,000.00 and under =1%

$50,000,000.00 and under =.5%

 

 

 

The break down for loan officer is as follows:

$50,000.00  and under = 3%.

$100,000.00 = 2.5%.

$200,000.00 = 1%.

$500,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 =.5%.

$5,000,000.00 and over = .3%.

BECOME A MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER!!!

As a Mortgage loan officer you  can earn up to 3% of EVERY mortgage loan for $50,000 or less that you negotiate for our firm.. In addition,you can earn 2% of every monthly mortgage payment paid by the applicants that you bring to us. This is RESIDUAL INCOME! This occurs AFTER you complete a 6 month training period where you learn all of the basic guidelines for negotiating a mortgage loan for the Clyde Van Barrel firm. Each broker in our 6 month training phase is obligated to negotiate and submit a MINIMUM of 3 mortgage loans per month, and the brokers in training will receive 1.5% of the full amount of each mortgage loan that they negotiate. All loan officers for our firm have the option of working from home, and an informational package will be issued to all of our employees. As a loan officer, your duty is to review your applicants and make sure that there is a 100% guarantee that they will never miss any payments.This is to ensure that we can avoid foreclosure, or lawsuits for backpayments in any way possible. As a loan officer, you must negotiate the terms of the loan with the borrower, gather all the necessary paperwork and requirements, and submit the loan application as well as all necessary documents to the LOAN COMMITTEE. If the loan committee turns down the loan, or requests that you renegotiate the terms, than you probably overlooked a small detail of the guidelines of the application process. So, essentially, these are the necessary steps for the successful approval of the loan application;1.You must explain in detail the exact need for the loan. 2.You must submit the loan application CORRECTLY to the loan committee. 3.After the appraisal, make sure you know exactly how much the borrower needs to borrow,"Even if you have to recommend your own appraisor".   After the 3 month probationary period, a Clyde Van Barrel name badge will be mailed to you.You are also eligible to become a shareholder of the Van Barrel stock certificates.

To attend one of our instructional seminars for Clyde Van Barrel's Loan Officers in training, simply  call our office M-F between 10:00 am and 5:30 pm est, and make a reservation to attend one of our seminars. The sessions last anywhere from 1  to 5 hours and the price is $40.00 at the door. Be sure to make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. If you are trying to reserve a seat for a session that is full, there will usually be another session following that one within 2-3 hours of its conclusion.
